Goshen College’s refusal to play the national anthem is pretty typical of what is happening in these United States today. Its website states: “99 percent of students receive financial aid” and a generous amount at that. In other words they are willing to take the money from the United States but not support the national anthem that honors this great country.
Do us United States taxpayers, who happen to like the national anthem, (a favor) — stop taking the free or low-interest government money.
