GOSHEN — Christian group Building 429 and country stars Eli Young Band will join the Elkhart County 4-H Fair’s 2016 concert lineup, fair officials announced Wednesday.

GOSHEN — It was Don Eash day again on Monday in the harness racing program at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair. The veteran driver won six of the 12 races Saturday. The program featured an abbreviated card of seven races. There were fewer races on the card due to a conflict with the Connersville Fair.
