Weather extremes continue to occur as we progress into 2021, the latest being the extreme cold wave in southern states, including Texas. Scientists report that 2020 had the most hurricanes ever, 13, and was the fifth consecutive year for higher-than-average tropical storms. 2020 also tied with 2016 as the warmest year on record, with the past seven years being the warmest seven years on record. Have these and other climate events proven to you that human-caused global warming is occurring?
