Millers wed

GOSHEN — Christine Christner and Ray Miller were married June 8 by Andy Dayton on the grounds of Das Dutchman Essenhaus, Middlebury.

The bride is the daughter of Lois and Eldon Christner, Shipshewana.

The groom is the son of Sue and Vernon L. Miller, Shipshewana.

Lori Persing and Jessica Fought were the matrons of honor. Kelli McDonald, Jodi Krauss and Tara Vogt were the bridesmaids.

Steve Miller, Joe Miller, Jerry Miller and Lonnie Miller were the best men. Benny Kauffman was a groomsman.

Jonas Miller, Atlee Lambright, Carl Miller and Jason Miller served as ushers.

Jenna Fought and Kenley Fought were the flower girls.

Micah Persing, Lucas Persing and Isaac Miller served as ring bearers.

A reception for the couple took place on the grounds of the Essenhaus and was hosted by Dean and Lynette Bontreger and Leanne Thomas.

After a wedding trip to Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica, the couple resides in Shipshewana.

She graduated from Westview High School, Topeka, and attended Indiana University, South Bend. She works as a teacher at Prairie Heights Elementary School.

He works as a painter and for Jomar Welding and Fabricating.
