Hawks wed


GOSHEN — Carmen Renae Yoder and Christoper James Hawk were married June 22 at Silverwood Mennonite Church, Goshen, by the Rev. Mark Campbell.

The bride is the daughter or Sarah and Scott Yoder, Middlebury.

The groom is the son of Angela Baker, Goshen, and Kevin Hawk, Topeka.

Nicole Yoder was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids included Hayley Keil, Brooke Houser, Heather Mast and Katelyn Hawk.

Luke Hooley was the best man. Jordan Mishler, Colton Bushong, Jake Stone and Kyle Rockey were groomsmen.

Braden Dunlap, Jesse Yoder, Nathan Yoder and Tony Yoder served as ushers.

Rhonda Yoder played the piano and Erin Wissing and Allison Yoder played the violin.

A wedding reception for the couple took place at Elcona Country Club, Bristol, and was hosted by Kent and Gaye Yoder.

The bride graduated in 2010 from Northridge High School, Middlebury, and attended Bluffton College, Bluffton, Ohio, and Indiana University, Bloomington. She is studying nursing in Joshua Tree, Calif.

The groom graduated in 2010 from Westview High School, Topeka, and attended Glen Oaks Community College, Centreville, Mich. He is serving as a lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps in 29 Palms, Calif.
