Amanda Michelle Weigandt and Leighton Andrew Wells were married Sept. 15 at St. Martin de Porres Church, Syracuse, by Father Dermot Gahan of Ireland.
The bride is the daughter of Juliana and Richard Weigandt, Minster, Ohio.
The groom is the son of Cindi and Jeff Wells, Syracuse.
Abi Bardasian, twin sister of the bride an Dee Dee Bender, sister of the bride, served as matrons of honor. Madyson Bender, niece of the bride, served as junior bridesmaid. Bridesmaids were Julianne Weigandt, sister-in-law of the bride, Cassandra Wells, sister of the groom, Jill Woodka, Claire Ksiazek, Carrie Leary and Courtney Jarrell.
John Glon and Luke Baker were the groom’s best men. Groomsmen were Todd Weigandt, brother of the bride, Doug Bardasian and Stan Bender, brothers-in-law of the bride, Chad Wortinger, Adam Heckaman and Brad Hursh.
Tag Bender, godchild of the bride, served as ringbearer. Stone and Guy Weigandt, nephews of the bride, served as little groomsmen.
Savannah Weigandt, godchild of the bride, Shania Weigandt and Ireland Bender, nieces of the bride, were flowergirls.
Organist was Anthony Andorfer and the vocalist was Thomas Didiers. Mary Andorfer played the trumpet.
A reception took place at Tippecanoe Country Club.
After a wedding trip to the French Riviera and Provence, France, the couple reside in Chicago.
The bride is a graduate of Minster High School and Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. She is employed as a pharmaceutical representative for Roche Laboratories, Chicago, Ill.
The groom graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, and Purdue University, West Lafayette. He is employed as an implant sales representative for DePuy Spine, Chicago, Ill.
