Battles wed
Rachel Michelle Dockery and Joshua Lee Battles were married Sept. 15, at First Baptist Church of Harrah, Harrah, Okla., by the Rev. Troy Strader.
The bride is the daughter of Suzanne and John Mooney, Harrah, Okla., and the late Rick Dockery Sr.
The groom is the son of Barbara and Jeff Battles, Goshen.
The bride’s matron of honor was Caren Barge, and bridesmaids were Ashley Plumley and Jodi Nicholson.
The groom’s best man was James Otto, and Brent Zebell and Josiah Gautt were groomsmen.
Rickey Dockery, brother of the bride, and Nick Battles, brother of the groom, were the ushers.
Korlyn Sweeney was the flowergirl. Corbyn Mooney was the ringbearer and Dominic Dockery was the Bible bearer.
A reception took place the the church fellowship hall. Kara Battles, sister of the groom, and Misty Dockery, sister-in-law of the bride, were the servers.
After a wedding trip to San Antonio, Texas, the couple reside in Oklahoma City, Okla.
The bride attended Rose State College, Oklahoma City, Okla., and she is an administrative technician with Long Term Care / Protective Health Services Division of the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
The groom attended Ivy Tech State College, Elkhart, and is a guitarist with the band, Kingston Falls.
