Mickles wed

— Lila D. Sexton and Robert L. Mickles were married Oct. 13 in Covert, Mich., by Rev. Henry Allen.
The bride is the daughter of Chyrell and Thomas Sexton, Covert, Mich.
The groom is the son of Wanda and Billy Mickles, Wolcottville, and Bobby and Lela Willard, Middlebury.
Attending the bride were her sister, Amy Sexton, Erika Willard, sister of the groom, Kim Sorg, aunt of the groom, and Stacy Gettin.
Attending the groom were Bobby Sexton, uncle of the bride, Paul Sorg, uncle of the groom, Brad Henderson and Joe Muntt.
Andrew Sorg, cousin of the groom, and Cody Willard, brother of the groom were ushers.
Kya Sexton, cousin of the bride was flowergirl, and Logan Sorg, cousin of the groom, was ringbearer.
Guests enjoyed a buffet reception for the couple at the Blue Star Lounge, Watervliet, Mich., which was hosted by the bride’s mother.
After a wedding trip to Watervliet, the couple resides in Wolcottville.
The bride graduated in 2006 from Covert High School, Covert, Mich., and Covert Beauty School. She is a birthday planner at Wana Waves, Shipshewana.
The groom graduated from Elkhart Career Center and Westview High School, Topeka, in 2004. He is employed by StarCraft Marine, Topeka, and is a member of the Indiana National Guard.
