Bernaerts wed

Jacqueline Kohne and Ben Bernaert were married June 27 at St. Charles Borromeo, Fort Wayne, by the Rev. Robert Gilday.

The bride is the daughter of Marna and Anthony Kohne, Fort Wayne.

The groom is the son of Marcia and Jerry Bernaert, New Paris.

Laura Meyer was the maid of honor and Stephanie Huizinga was the matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Brittany Small, Lindsey Elsrod, Stacey Jackson, Emily Brunner, Kari Henry and Claire Smith.

Darin Bernaert was the best man and Ryan Funkhouser, Ryan Borntrager, Kevin Wilhelm, Scott Swanson, Scott Kohne, Kyle McBride and Cody Call were the groomsmen.

Adam Mast, Jason Mast and Andrew Chilcote were the ushers.

Lindsey and Karli Elsrod were the vocalists.

A reception took place at the Fort Wayne Memorial Coliseum.

After a wedding trip to Riviera Maya Mexico, the couple resides in Indianapolis.

The bride and groom received their educations at Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis. She works as a dental hygienist in Indianapolis and he is a sales representative for Olinger Distributing.
