Weavers wed
Rachel Bennett and Chad Weaver were married June 13 at Eighth Street Mennonite Church, Goshen, by Kevin Farmwald.
The bride is the daughter of Lori and Todd Kaser, Bristol.
The groom is the son of Cheryl Weaver, Goshen, and Carl and Chris Weaver, Goshen.
Erin Bennett, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Brooke Kelly, cousin of the bride, and Briana Jury were the bridesmaids.
Fred Gingerich was the best man, and Bruce Smucker, brother-in-law of the groom, and Jason Lehman, were the groomsmen.
Ushers were David Weaver, cousin of the groom, Justin Cripe and Ben Gundy.
Carly Mast, niece of the groom, was the flower girl, and Angela Black played the organ.
A reception for the couple took place at Bosco’s Place, Goshen.
After a wedding trip to Orlando, Fla., the couple resides in Elkhart.
The bride graduated in 2000 from Elkhart Central High School and received a bachelor’s degree in education in 2004 from Manchester College. She is a teacher at Goshen Middle School.
The groom graduated in 1997 from Goshen High School and received a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2001 from Goshen College. He is chief photographer for The Goshen News.
