Killions wed
Kara Huff and Andre Killion were married June 27 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Lafayette, by the Rev. Dr. Dave Schmidt.
The bride is the daughter of Roxanne Paugh, Goshen, and Ronald Huff, Nappanee.
The groom is the son of Stephanie Graf, Washington, D.C.
The bride’ sister, Dawn Turpin, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Cierra Graf, sister of the groom, Danielle Rupp and Kelsey Taylor.
Taylor Gunnum, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Josh Wilburn, Dave Anderson, and Austin Gordon.
Dave Anderson and Austin Gordon also served as ushers.
Chelsea Stockberger, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.
Zakary Turpin, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.
Marla Stanton played the organ and Jessica Hawk was the vocalist.
A reception for the couple took place at the Best Western Lafayette Executive Plaza & Conference Center.
After a wedding trip to the Sandals Grand St. Lucian, the couple resides in Indianapolis.
The bride is a 2004 graduate of NorthWood High School, Nappanee. She received her bachelor’s degree in history and organizational leadership and supervision in 2008 from Purdue University, West Lafayette. She is pursuing her master’s degree in athletic administration and sports management at Indiana University, Bloomington.
The groom graduated in 2003 from Maconaquah High School, Bunker Hill. He graduated from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in political science and Spanish language and literature. He works as a retail consultant at Sprint, Indianapolis.
