Paganos wed

Julia Kathleen Parsons and Matthew Seven Pagano were married May 9 at First United Methodist Church, Goshen, by Ed Fritz and Rich French.

The bride is the daughter of Marcia and Davis Parsons, Goshen.

The groom is the son of Cynthia and Steven Pagano, South Elgin, Ill.

Sara Parsons and Rachel Parsons, sisters of the bride, served as maids of honor. Erin Sincroft, Erin Lehman, Melissa Pagano, sister of the groom, and Carly Pagano, sister-in-law of the groom, served as bridesmaids.

Josh Pagano, brother of the groom, was the best man. Groomsmen were Aaron Scholl, John Bunting, Andy Dion, Ryan Eaton and Joe Petrides.

Cassidy Pagano, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.

Melissa Pagano, sister of the groom, was the vocalist. Musicians were the Cadenza Quartet and Jessica Scholl was the pianist.

A reception took place at the Spohn Ballroom.

After a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Niles, Mich.

The bride graduated in 2001 from Goshen High School, and in 2005 from Hillsdale College. She graduated in 2009 from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. She is a podiatry resident at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, South Bend.

The groom graduated from St. Charles High School in 2002 and from Hillsdale College in 2006. He is studying for a master’s degree in secondary education and works as a substitute teacher.
