Goshen College senior Errick McCollum has been named an NAIA Division II men’s basketball first team All-American.

The 6-1 guard averaged 25.6 points, 7.1 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 1.5 blocks for the Maple Leafs.

McCollum holds single-season and career scoring records at Goshen.

Zach Coverstone of Indiana Wesleyan and DeJovun Sawyer-Davis of St. Francis are also first-team selections while NorthWood High grad Ryne Lightfoot of Bethel is on the third team.

Mandy Yoder (NorthWood) is honorable mention on the women’s All-American list. Elaine Hessell (Plymouth) of Indiana Wesleyan in on the first team.

Named NAIA scholar athletes are Lightfoot, Caleb Laidig and Joseph Welch of Bethel; Kyle Plumlee, David Swanson and David Henry of Grace.
