Cecelia J. McGregor, 60, died Friday at 10:35 p.m. at her residence.
She was born Aug. 6, 1952, in Carroll, Iowa, to Wayne L. and LuEtta (Wurr) Cashatt. On July 27, 1974, in Eldora, Iowa, she married Donald R. McGregor. He survives.
Also surviving are a son, Eric Curtis McGregor, Kalamazoo, Mich.; a sister, Margaret (Paul) Wagner, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; two brothers, Gary Cashatt, Eldora, Iowa, and Timothy Cashatt, Philippines; and her parents, Wayne and Luetta Cashatt, Eldora, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Stephen W. Cashatt.
Cecelia had been a judge of Goshen City Court since 1984. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen.
She received her BA in 1974 from Mt. Mercy College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She graduated from the Notre Dame Law School in 1977 and passed the Bar Exam in 1978.
Friends may call one hour prior to the 10 a.m. funeral service Monday, Feb. 11, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Goshen. Father Tony Steinacker will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the MS Society or Dismas House of South Bend.
