MILLERSBURG — James “Jim” Stover, 70, died Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at his residence.
He was born July 28, 1942, in Artie, W.Va., to James Early Stover and Luella (Moles) Stover.
He married Diana (Baker) Stover Oct. 16, 2008. She survives.
Also surviving are two stepsons, Rick (Sharon) Oswald, New Carlisle, and Randy (Deb) Oswald, Bristol; five sisters, Lorene Reed, Delsie Margison, Norma Stover and Nadine Stover, all of Beckley, W.Va., and Evelyn West, Goshen; three brothers, Jerry Stover and David (Jane) Stover, both of Beckley, W.Va., and Tommy (Donna) Stover, Goshen; four stepgrandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Nancy Ann Stover.
He retired from Goshen Rubber where he was a press operator for more than 30 years. He was a member of Faith Christian Center, Goshen.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service Friday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen. Pastor Kenneth Rogers of the Faith Christian Center will officiate.
Burial will be in Violett Cemetery.
