Barbara J. Hill, 80, passed away Sunday at 9:10 a.m. at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born July 14, 1933, to C.W. Moore and Pearl (Hamilton) Moore in Sledge, Miss.
She married William W. Hill Dec. 20, 1952, in Gary.
She graduated in 1951 from Treadwell High School in Memphis, Tenn. She worked for Clausing Corp. in Warsaw from 1951 to 1979. She retired from the financial operations department of Dalton Corporation, Warsaw, where she worked from 1979 to 1995.
She was an active member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Warsaw.
She was a member of the YMCA (WIA) Water Aerobics, volunteering for several organizations.
Barbara is survived by her brother, James E. (Carole) Moore of Goshen; sisters, Margaret Dubois of Bowling Green, Va. and Jane Carmon of Memphis, Tenn.; a stepbrother and two stepsisters of Memphis, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
A graveside service will take place Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Leesburg Cemetery with the Rev. Dave Hummel officiating.
There will be two hours of calling prior to the service Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
