Stanley and Barbara Stiver

MISSION, Texas — Family and friends of Stanley and Barbara Stiver are invited to the interment of their ashes Saturday. Attendees may meet at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, Ind., at 11:15 a.m. to go in procession to Violett Cemetery. Graveside services will begin at 11:30 a.m. with the Rev. Otto Beer officiating. Following the service, representatives from the Goshen Honor Guard will have a flag presentation and taps for Stanley’s service in the military.

Stanley died April 2, 2007, at age 77 and Barbara died March 31, 2012, at age 82, both in Mission, Texas, where they had lived for the past 20 years. Both were from the Goshen/New Paris, Ind. area and had lived most of their lives in the area.

They are survived by Stanley’s two sisters, Esther Christy and Jewel Leback and five nieces and four nephews.  

If weather becomes inclement, the memorial service will take place at the funeral home.
