Daniel C. Yoder, 26, died peacefully with his wife by his side at 1:35 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Hospital, South Bend. He died as the result of injuries received in a car-bicycle accident Wednesday morning.
He was born on Feb. 15, 1987 in Lagrange County, to Clayton A. and Carolyn K. (Schlabach) Yoder.
On Aug. 25, 2011, he married Julie Elizabeth Petersheim in Shipshewana. She survives.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his parents, who live in Topeka; five sisters, Rosanna, Sharon, Waneta, Norene and Wanda Yoder, all of Topeka; four brothers, Joseph, Merle, Wayne and Lamar Yoder, all of Topeka; grandparents, Albert and Rosa Yoder of Topeka, and Omer and Anna Schlabach of Middlebury.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church and was employed by Forrest River RV in Millersburg.
Friends may call all day today at the Maynard Lehman residence, 10735 C.R. 38, Millersburg, where funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Sunday. Bishop Galen W. Miller and the home ministers will conduct the services.
Burial will be in Southeast Clinton Cemetery, Goshen.
