MILLERSBURG — Daniel C. Yoder, 26, died at 1:35 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Hospital of South Bend as the result of injuries received in a car-bike accident Wednesday morning.

On Aug. 25, 2011, he married Julie Elizabeth Petersheim, she survives.

Survivors include his parents Clayton A. and Carolyn K. (Schlabach) Yoder, Topeka; five sisters, Rosanna, Sharon, Waneta, Norene and Wanda Yoder, all of Topeka; four brothers, Joseph, Merle, Wayne and Lamar Yoder, all of Topeka; grandparents, Albert and Rosa Yoder, Topeka, and Omer and Anna Schlabach, Middlebury.

Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Friday and all day Saturday at the Maynard Lehman residence, 10735 C.R. 38, Millersburg, where funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Sunday.

Burial will be in Southeast Clinton Cemetery, Goshen.

Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is handling arrangements.

Goshen City Council member Dixie Robinson is asking residents to make an effort to clean up their yards this spring. The city’s Dial-A-Truck program is available to haul trash away. Do you think there are more unsightly properties in Goshen this year than five years ago?
