James S. Parker

NAPPANEE — James S. Parker, 66, of Nappanee, died Sunday at Elkhart General Hospital after a seven-year battle with cancer.

He married Jeannie Shields on Aug. 3, 1974, in Bremen. She survives.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Margie (Scott) Slusser of Syracuse and Carissa (Bruce) Bordner of Nappanee.

Visitation is set from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, where the funeral service will take place at 11 a.m.

Burial will follow in South Union Cemetery.
