SHIPSHEWANA — Amos S. Eicher, 81, died at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, after suffering an apparent brain aneurysm Nov. 1.
He married Edna Miller in Bowling Green, Mo., June 27, 1954. She survives.
Also surviving are his six daughters, Elizabeth “Betty” Yoder of Sebree, Ky., Rosetta (Orva) Lehman of Topeka, Martha (Don) Young of Bristol, Wilma Melms of Oconto, Wis., Marilyn (Harlan) Yoder of Centreville, Mich., and Rebecca (Kermit) Hochstetler of Sheboygan, Wis.; and two sons, John (Laura) Eicher of Wakarusa and Perry Eicher of Shipshewana.
Visitation will be after 1 p.m. Thursday and all day Friday at the Andrew Yoder Jr. residence, 7230 W. 250 North, Shipshewana.
Funeral services will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Nelson Miller residence, 2145 N. 735 West, Shipshewana.
Burial will be in Naylor Cemetery, Shipshewana.
