MILLERSBURG — Ada J. Beachy, 84, died at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday at her residence.
She was born Nov. 1, 1928, in Yoder, Kan., to Jonas L. and Lizzie (Stutzman) Keim.
On March 19, 1953, in Reno County, Kan., she married Daniel M. Beachy. Daniel died Nov. 5, 2009.
Surviving are three sons, Maynard Beachy and Allen (Cindy) Beachy, both of Goshen, and Mark Beachy, Millersburg; two sisters, Emma (Calvin) Zehr, Goshen, and Clara Mae Keim, Sarasota, Fla; three brothers, Alvin Keim, Millersburg, Atlee (Wilma) Keim, Yoder, Kan., and Leander Jay (Anna) Kein, Bronson, Mich.; two grandchildren, Veronica (Chris) Galbreath and Kyle Allen (Syrinity); and two great-grandchildren, Promise and Liam Beachy.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; and two brothers, Henry and Junia Keim.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Wednesday and all day Thursday at the Leonard Hostetler residence, 3550 S. 1000 West, Millersburg.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the same residence. Services will be conducted by Bishop Marlin Frey and the home ministers. Burial will be in Bontrager Cemetery, Middlebury.
Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is in charge of arrangements.
