WARSAW — William Troy “Bill” Keith, 76, died Tuesday at his home.

On June 20, 1998, he married Sally Irene (Weyler) Constantinou in Clearwater, Fla.

He is survived by his wife, Sally Keith, Warsaw; two daughters, Kim (John) Marshall, Marion, and Brenda (Jeff) Dean, Southport; two sons, Todd (Linda) Keith, Marion, and Brian (Tammy) Keith, Brownsburg; stepdaughter, Athena (Philip) Gray, Dunedin, Fla., and stepson, Mick (Shannon) Constantinou, Tampa, Fla.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the 4 p.m. funeral service Saturday at the United Methodist Church, North Webster.

Private burial will be in the Gardens of Memory in Marion.

Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse and North Webster, is handling arrangements.

There has been discussion at West Goshen Elementary School to require mandatory student uniforms in the future. How do you feel about the prospect of mandatory student uniforms in a public school environment?

I think it’s an excellent idea that is way overdue
I think it’s a bad idea and would be restrictive for students and parents.
