Dorothy ‘Duffy’ J. Blough

Sept. 20, 1926-Nov. 20, 2012

BRISTOL —  Dorothy “Duffy” J. Blough, 86, died at 6:32 p.m. Tuesday in her home.

She married Elwyn DeVon Blough on Feb. 14, 1948, in Bristol. He survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by six children, Stephen (Nancy) Blough of Shipshewana, Evon Schumacher of Pittsford, Mich., Beverly (James) Crussemeyer and Cassandra Smith both of Bristol, Lance (Barbara) Blough of Lafayette, Tenn., and Regina Blough of Three Rivers, Mich.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart, where services are scheduled at 1 p.m. Interment will be in Zion Cemetery at a later date.

Goshen City Council member Dixie Robinson is asking residents to make an effort to clean up their yards this spring. The city’s Dial-A-Truck program is available to haul trash away. Do you think there are more unsightly properties in Goshen this year than five years ago?
