GOSHEN — Ronald Albert Cromer, 51, died Friday at the home where he was living.
He was born June 14, 1961, in Anderson, S.C., to Jeff and Dorothy (Cole) Cromer.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Greer; children, Erica (Shawn) Mahon, Austin, Texas; Ronald Andrew (Kaoru) Cromer, Goshen; and Stephanie Cromer, Chicago, Ill.; a granddaughter, Leila Cromer; two sisters, Janice (Fred) Holbrook, Lexington, S.C.; and Marsha (Doug) Cheek, Anderson, S.C.; and one brother, David Cromer, Anderson, S.C.; and his ex-wife, Lisa (Terry) Keck, Goshen
He was preceded in death by his father.
Mr. Cromer was a 1979 graduate of Westside High School in Anderson, S.C. He enlisted in the U.S. Army Airborne and was stationed in Ft. Bragg, N.C. and served in both Grenada and Egypt. He had a love for both music and animals.
Local arrangements are being handled by Yoder-Culp Funeral Home in Goshen.
