Marilyn ‘Sue’ Wolferman

---- — MILFORD — Marilyn “Sue” Wolferman, 81, passed away Wednesday at her residence.

She was born on Feb. 26, 1932 in Fort Wayne, to Otto and Elva (Charlton) Wiggs.

She married Donald P. Wolferman Aug. 20, 1950. He preceded her in death Dec. 20, 2008

Sue loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed crafts, painting china, flowers and bowling, and was a member of the Syracuse bowling league for many years. She really enjoyed music both in the church and the community and attended Wawasee Community Bible Church.

Sue is survived by two daughters, Deb (Walt) Pickerell of Plymouth, and Darcy (Dennis) Hively of Syracuse; a son, Doug (Kristy) Wolferman of Syracuse; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Patricia Schrock; and a brother, Duane Wiggs.

There will be visitation from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral service Sunday at Mishler Funeral Home in Milford.

Burial will follow at Milford Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Lions Club or The Center for Hospice and Palliative Care.
