June 5, 1936-March 18, 2012

WAUSEON, Ohio — Arnold Shepherd, 75, formerly of Ligonier, Ind., died Sunday night at his home.

In 1954, he married Oralee Whitaker and they lived in Claypool for 18 years.

In 1974, he married to Sandra Wysong and they lived in Ligonier for 30 years until her death in 2005.

Survivors include his loving companion of two years, Diana VanHorn, Wauseon; two daughters, Sharon (Fred) Miller, Akron, Ind., and Holly (Kevin) Ratliff, Albion, Ind.; and three sons, Bernard Shepherd, Claypool, Darrell (Jennifer) Shepherd, Winona Lake, and Johnny Farlow, Ligonier.

Visitation is planned Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yeager Funeral Home, Ligonier. The funeral is set there at noon Friday. Burial will follow in Oak Park Cemetery, Ligonier.
