GOSHEN —Geraldine Joan Jacobs, 82, died Sunday afternoon at Greencroft Goshen Health Care where she had lived the past three years.

She was born Oct. 15, 1930 in Lincoln Park, Mich., to Charles and Fern (Markham) Whitehead.

Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Bisig, Bristol; a son, James Michael (Barbara) Jacobs, Apple Valley, Calif.; three grandchildren, Brice, Destry and Alec; two great-granddaughters, Riley and Samantha; a sister, Ruth (Dan) West, Goshen; and two brothers, Phillip (Marlene) and Jan (Gail) Whitehead, both of Goshen.

A Goshen resident since 1931, Gerry attended Goshen High School and worked at CTS for 38 years. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary, Goshen.

A private graveside service will take place at Violett Cemetery, Goshen.

Memorial contributions may be given to the American Heart Association.

Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is assisting with funeral arrangements.
