Frederick Waggoner

Frederick “Jim” Waggoner, 68, 1208 S. 11th St., Goshen, died Thursday at 11:06 p.m. at Goshen General Hospital.

He married JoAnn Guffey (Hoke) on Jan. 7, 1991. She survives.

Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, James (Yvone) Waggoner, Buchanan, Mich.; three daughters, Ellen (Kenny) Gipson, Garrett, Annie (John) Short, Ligonier, and Christie Weed; and one stepson, Scott Allan Guffey, Goshen.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in West Goshen Cemetery.
