Robert D. Yoder

ELKHART — Robert D. Yoder, 75, Woodland Manor, formerly of New Paris, died Friday at 1:20 a.m. at his residence.

He was born June 27, 1934, to George W. and Ethel “Skeets” (Yoder) Yoder, in Goshen.

He was a veteran who served in the Korean Conflict and was discharged from the Navy in 1953. He was a member of Maple Grove Church of the Brethren and an auto mechanic at Yoder GMC Garage.

He is survived by his sister, Betty Dickison, Goshen; nieces and nephews; a son, Bobby Larson, Akron; daughter, Vicki; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may gather at 1 p.m. Oct. 24 at Whitehead Cemetery for burial. The Rev. Dwayne Runkle of Maple Grove Church of the Brethren will lead the service.
