ELKHART, Ind. — Dasani DeWayne Fematt, 2 months, Snyder Street, died Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. at Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis.

He is survived by his father, DeAngelo Baylock Jr.; his mother, Kayla Fematt; his grandparents, Cassey Pifer, Elkhart, DeAngelo Baylock Sr., Dowgiac, Mich., and Ellyana Baylock, Chicago.

A graveside service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Babyland at Rice Cemetery, Elkhart.

Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart, is handling arrangements.
