Paul Leslie Conrad, 1225 Greencroft Drive, Goshen, died Thursday at 5:48 a.m. at Greencroft Healthcare, Goshen.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy (Hernley) Conrad; two sons, Paul L. (Martha) Conrad II, Goshen, and Glenn (Margaret) Conrad, Columbia, Md.; and a daughter, Mary (Mathew) Conrad Lo, Wilmington, Del.
Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 2:30 p.m. in the Koinonia Room at College Mennonite Church, Goshen, where the funeral will begin at 2:30 p.m.
Burial will be at later date following cremation.
Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, is assisting with arrangements.
