LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Carl Richard “Dick” Prugh, 90, formerly of Elkhart, died Thursday in Louisville.

He married Bette Louis Mathis Sept. 22, 1940, in Elkhart. She survives.

He is also survived by his daughters, Ann (Dean) Nordman, Louisville, and Jennifer (Michael Salvador), Alpharetta, Ga.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home and one hour prior to Wednesday’s services, which are set for 10 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church.

Entombment will be in Chapel of Peace Mausoleum.
