Tobias M. Hochstetler

Jan. 29, 1935-July 1, 2009

Tobias M. Hochstetler, 74, 14448 C.R. 34 Goshen, died at 9 p.m. Wednesday at Parkview LaGrange Hospital, LaGrange.

On Nov. 7, 1957, he married Edna Mae Frey. She died March 4, 1959. He married Fannie Mae Nisley Sept. 14, 1967. She survives.

Also surviving are his daughter, Barbara (Walter) Helmuth, Nappanee; and three sons, Wilbur Hochstetler, Goshen, Earl Jay (Rebecca) Hochstetler, Curtiss, Wis., and Arlen Ray Hochstetler, Goshen.

Visitation will be all day Friday at the family’s residence. Funeral services will take place at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Simon Schmucker residence, 14592 C.R. 34, Goshen.

Burial will be in Nisley Cemetery, Goshen.

Miller-Stewart Funeral Home, Middlebury, is assisting the family with arrangements.
