Jacob Tyler Hail

April 17, 1989-April 6, 2009

A memorial service and open house will take place June 28 from 3 to 6 p.m. at 1919 Mayfield Drive, Goshen, for family and friends of Jacob Tyler Hail.

Hail, 19, died April 6 as the result of an automobile accident in Somerset, Ky.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Lora (Callahan) and David Curry, Goshen; father, Perry Hail, Somerset; two brothers, Benjamin Joel Hail and Christopher Glen Hail, both at home in Goshen; and grandmother, Sitha Anna Hail, Somerset.

Graveside services and burial were in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. The Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, Somerset, assisted with arrangements.
