ELKHART — Mary M. VanderWey, 99, died Tuesday at 7 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Idella Campbell.

She married Harold VanderWey Oct. 19, 1934, in Goshen. He preceded her Sept. 18, 1991.

She is survived by a daughter, Idella Campbell, Elkhart.

Friends may call for one hour prior to the funeral service, which is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Stemm Lawson Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart.

Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery, Wakarusa.

Memorials may be sent to First United Methodist Church, the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care or Meals-on-Wheels.
