OMAHA, Neb. — Tiffany Marie (Haines) Libby , 27, formerly of Goshen, died recently.
She was born Sept. 20, 1980.
She is survived by her husband, Wyatt Libby; children Nessa and Austin Libby; parents Leslie Taylor and Jeff and Lisa Haines; and grandparents Joyce (James) Taylor, John and Evelyn Haines, Elaine Libby and Donald and Kathy Libby; great-grandmother Melissa (Russell) Taylor; and extended family, including in Goshen.
Bellevue Memorial Chapel in Bellevue, Neb., is in charge of arrangements.
Services will be Monday in Omaha.
