HOUSTON — Eleanor F. Bates, 93, died April 25 at 12:15 a.m.
She married Lionel G. Bates in 1934. He preceded her in May 1993.
She is survived by a son, Joel G. Bates, Houston; and a daughter, Janice E. Bates Knaus, Indianapolis.
Services are scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church, Syracuse.
Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, is in charge of arrangements.
