Joe C. Blocker, 80, Greencroft, Goshen, died Friday at 4:10 p.m.
Visitation will be Monday from 2 to 8 p.m. in The Meeting House, Greencroft, Goshen.
Services will take place Tuesday at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church, Goshen.
A committal service with full military honors will follow in Syracuse Cemetery, Syracuse.
Hartman Funeral Home, Goshen, is assisting with arrangements.
