Virgil M. Weldy Sr.

— ELKHART, Ind. — Virgil M. Weldy Sr., 98, Hubbard Hill Estates, formerly of Wakarusa, died Sunday at 4:15 a.m. at his residence.
He married Hazel V. Blocher, May 14, 1933. She died Nov. 1, 2001.
Surviving are two daughters, Marilyn (J.R.) Rohrer, Goshen, and Shirley (L.M.) Marks, Wakarusa; and a son, Virgil (Lana) Weldy Jr., Wakarusa.
Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home, Wakarusa.
The body will lie in state for one hour prior to the funeral service at Hubbard Hill Estates, Thursday at 2 p.m.
Burial will be in Olive East Cemetery.
