New football coach Park gets glimpse of team in training camp

GOSHEN

The Kyle Park era has begun for the Goshen High School football team.

The team began its first on-field summer practices this week and is led by Park who was hired back in November to replace Mike Cheviron. Park’s father, Brad, coached the team from 1993-2002 and is tied with Ken Mirer as Goshen’s winningest football coach.

Park came to Goshen from Zionsville High School where he served as the offensive coordinator. Park was working closely with the quarterbacks during Wednesday’s practice.

The Redskins will look to improve from their 0-10 record last fall.
