Bethany shuts out Lakeland Lakers



Bethany Christian blanked Lakeland, 5-0, Saturday in LaGrange.

Emma Caskey tallied two goals for the Bruins, Taylor Christophel, Elyse Hooley and Maddie Gerig one each. Caskey had two assists, Sharisse Yoder, Gina Gautsche and Marissa Weldy one each. Caitlin Fecher was the goalie with three saves.



Westview loses two



Westview lost to Argos and Culver Academy by 3-2 scores in a Saturday invitational at CGA.

Kirstin Oesch and Skyler Carpenter scored for Westview against Argos. Ashley Miller and Kelsey Christner had assists.

Carpenter and Christner scored against CGA. Oesch was credited with an assist.



Tigers nip Wawasee



Wawasee lost to Warsaw, 2-1, Saturday in Syracuse.

Mallory Rondeau scored for Wawasee which dropped to 6-6-1 overall and 2-4 in the Northern Lakes Conference.
