Goshen swimming club has new name

— Goshen Swimming Inc. is a new not-for-profit club program for the Goshen area.
The group was previously known as the Goshen Gators.
The coach is Nicole Molitor who was an assistant coach last year and before that the girls coach at Elkhart Central High School. She swam four years at Huntington North High School and four at Akron University. She is a teacher at Goshen Middle School.
Goshen Swimming will be having an Olympic party on Thursday, Aug. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at GMS for all interested students.
There will also be a parents informational meeting from 6 to 7. Another parents meeting is slated for Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 6 to 7 p.m. at GMS.
Swimmer registration and tryouts are Tuesday, Sept. 16 and Thursday, Sept. 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at GMS.
