Brides can do one-stop perusing at extravaganza

A Bridal Extravaganza will take place from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Grand Wayne Center in downtown Fort Wayne.

The sixth annual Bridal Extravaganza coordinates more than 150 wedding vendors, bringing the brides together with wedding service providers and exclusive sellers of wedding fashion, accessories and furnishings.

Tickets

Tickets are on sale now online at FortWayne.com and by calling (260) 461-8484. Advance tickets cost $10, and admission at the door will be $12.

Every bride attending will receive a planning notebook. The first 250 brides will receive a gift tote bag.

Eighty-eight percent of the more than 1,400 brides who attended last year’s Bridal Extravaganza were planning ceremonies in the Fort Wayne area. That represents nearly half of the number of weddings celebrated in the area each year, according to event organizers.

The 2013 Bridal Extravaganza is presented by Fort Wayne Monthly’s Weddings with Fort Wayne Newspapers and WAJI-95.1 FM.
