Police release sketch of Goshen shooting suspect

GOSHEN — Goshen police have released a composite sketch of a suspect in a recent shooting.

On Oct. 5, shortly after 6 p.m., officers were called to 1310 W. Clinton St. in reference to a call of a man lying in his yard. Upon arrival officers located Michael Edwards, the victim of a multiple gunshot wounds. Edwards was transported to a South Bend Hospital for treatment of his wounds.

Edwards, with the assistance of a composite artist, on Tuesday created a sketch of the suspect in the incident. The suspect is described as a dark-complexioned, black male between the ages of 15 and 22, slender build, and approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall.
