BRISTOL — The Elkhart County Historical Museum debuted several new items last week following a public feedback meeting last year.
According to the museum staff, changes include a redesigned welcome area and new informational panels on the exhibits.
Another new addition is a reproduction of the 1860 Lincoln campaign banner that was originally done by Goshen artist J.H. Dille. The reproduction hangs in the museum’s recently renovated Corson Local History Library and Special Collections Reading Room.
The museum hosted an open house last week to showcase the changes. The museum is located at 304 W. Vistula St. in Bristol and for more information go to www.elkhartcountyhistory.org.
