Driver hurt in one-vehicle wreck


Arrested were Matthew Yoder, 27, LaGrange, on charges of maintaining a common nuisance, furnishing alcohol to minors and possession of drug paraphernalia; Derrek Sams, 19, LaGrange, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; Brandon Hoff, 18, LaGrange, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; Bryonna Hoff, 18, LaGrange, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; Tracey Hoff, 19, LaGrange, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and resisting/fleeing law enforcement; and Steven Smith, 24, LaGrange, public intoxication.

• Elkhart County police cited and released Reed Hall, 19, Elkhart, on a charge of illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage Sunday. Police said he reported to Elkhart Community Corrections, 201 N. Cottage Ave., Goshen, and was found to have consumed alcohol.

Traffic arrests

• Bernardo Rodriguez-Garibay, 28, 911 Taylor St., Elkhart, was arrested by Goshen police after a traffic stop around 4:07 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of West Pike Street. He was taken into custody on charges of false informing, driving while never obtaining a valid driver’s license and driving an automobile that had an invalid interim plate. He was incarcerated in the Elkhart County jail.
