Two charged with drug offenses after house fire

MILFORD, Ind. — Milford police officers have arrested two men in connection with an Aug. 8 house fire. That fire involved a methamphetamine lab, according to police.

Michael Foster Richardson, 22, Milford, was arrested on charges of dealing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Richardson is being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $20,350 bond for the two charges.

Jacinto Jack Salazar, 27, Milford, was arrested on charges of dealing a controlled substance, violating the restricted sale of ephedrine, and failure to appear in court, a felony. Salazar’s bond is set at $20,000.

Milford officers said the fire occurred at 203 E. Williams St.
