Fair parade steps off Sunday

The following units will be in Sunday’s Elkhart County 4-H Fair Parade. They are listed by name and where they will be staged. The parade will step off at 1:30 from Linway Plaza, make its way through downtown Goshen and then enter the fairgrounds, passing the grandstand at 2:15 p.m.
