Try finding something productive to write about

I am tired of (The Goshen News) beating of the tom-tom about the “Redskins” name. Those of us who have lived our lives in and around Goshen, as well as the school board, have heard your comments, considered and rejected them.

You don’t hear well, and obviously aren’t from around here. We are proud of the name and want it left alone. You, and the two local supporters, you have on this topic, should find something productive to write about.

There has been discussion at West Goshen Elementary School to require mandatory student uniforms in the future. How do you feel about the prospect of mandatory student uniforms in a public school environment?

I think it’s an excellent idea that is way overdue
I think it’s a bad idea and would be restrictive for students and parents.
